Intake (First Appointment), 60 minutes, $205

I currently accept Aetna and Cigna and plan to accept United (Optum) later this year. I am Out-of-Network for all other insurance plans but offer private pay (see rates above). I accept cash/credit card, HSA/FSA and offer itemized receipts should you choose to submit a private pay claim to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement. All fees are due at time of service or upon invoicing.

Services are available to clients located anywhere in Washington State.
