I graduated with my MS degree from a CACREP Mental Health Counseling program in the area of Applied Psychology in 2005. I’ve been practicing mental health counseling full-time for 18 years.  Throughout my career, I have received training in Attachment Theory, Circle of Security, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Personality, Clinical Supervision and much more. I am also just a few hours away from completing my EMDR training and plan to offer this in the near future. I have significant experience working with women’s issues, intimate relationship concerns, family issues, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, performance anxiety, caregiver burnout, sleep issues, grief/loss, trauma, existential concerns and more.
