Welcome! My name is Lisa D. Olson, LMHC and Owner of Compassionate Care Counseling.
Do you struggle to have your voice heard and ask for what you need? Do you often say yes, when you really mean no? Are relationships important to you but somehow you feel dissatisfied, frustrated, or stuck? Do you often end up taking on more than your fair share? If you desire a change or adjustment in your relationships, work, or career, but don’t know how to transition and achieve what you truly want, I’m here to help.
We are multi-dimensional beings, so change is often difficult to address on our own. As a seasoned therapist, I am deeply committed to helping you untangle some of this complexity to help you find a clear direction and path forward. I provide each and every client with a specialized experience that honors their whole person. This includes their lived experiences, the intertwined systems which impact their lives, their core values, their belief systems and their intersecting identities. It’s important to me to work collaboratively, with humility and transparency to provide soulful solutions that are attuned, that resonate, and expand the capacity to live a life with more clarity, purpose, intention and enjoyment.
I offer in-person and telehealth /virtual appointments. I am currently offering a limited waitlist for new clients.
